Inquire About an Existing Claim

Agents can check the status of a claim by reviewing the policy notes inside EACCESS. Simply click “Policy Search” in the center panel of your EACCESS Dashboard to get started.

Payments

There are several ways you can make a payment on behalf of your client:

  • Use the “Make a Payment” link from our website.
  • To pay by phone, dial our Automated System at (888) 682-6671 and choose Option 1.
  • Request a Pay-by-Link to be sent to you via text message or email. Call (888) 682-6671 to inquire.
  • Payments can also be made by mailing a hard check to:
